Located on the corner of Sycamore and Russell Boulevard, University Court has been a familiar landmark in Davis since the 1960s.  This well-respected icon was improved with a major renovation in 2006, integrating architectural creativity, design and a focus on providing carefully planned and completed amenities to today’s students.

• A conference room for private study groups is also available in the north building.
• Wireless internet access is available in the South building common areas.
• Keyless access to all common area facilities, allowing extended access hours during mid-terms and finals week.
• 24 hour camera video monitoring is operating throughout all common areas.
• Resident Relations Coordinators are available in common areas after business hours.
